<p>I have a small dilemma here. My guidance counselors have told me that they will not do anything to help me once our school gets out for christmas break, but they must manually send the transcripts and recs, and for some reason they cannot send this until I submit my common app.</p>
<p>However, I am not finished with my supplemental essays for some colleges, and would like to continue working on them. </p>
<p>Can I submit my main portion earlier, and then send the supplement afterwards?</p>
<p>Probably yes, mostly schools let you send the supp after the main app. I believe a few want the supp with or before but not usually the ones that have essays. It will tell you when you go to send in the main app.</p>
<p>They should be able to mail information before you submit. Give them your common app number to include on the top of all your hard copy information that they send. Colleges are used to having stuff trickle in and should just put it in a file for you and add the rest as it arrives.</p>
