Sending my ACT scores to colleges

I am a junior and i just took the ACT for the first time in April and scored a 29. My question is whether or not i should send my scores to some colleges. I know some colleges will take it as a point of interest when admissions time comes around. But I'm wondering, because i think ill take it again and hopefully improve my score. So does it hurt or help to send in my scores? Any advice relating would help. Thank You

if you’re confident that you will improve, don’t send. it’s not necessary. the only exception would be if you’re considering schools that superscore, and you did extremely well on one or two sections. then send it.

if you think this is the best you will do, go ahead and send it. 29 is a good score.
