<p>I asked my teachers to give me the recommendations so I could send them myself.....do most people go to the post office and use the certified mailing service when sending recommendations??</p>

<p>My son gave his teachers a stamped envelope addressed to each college so they could send them directly. He enclosed a stamped, self-addressed postcard in the envelope so that the college could return the postcard to him on receipt of the teacher evaluation.</p>

<p>The reason why I want to send them myself was because some schools want me to label if I am applying early or regular....when I gave my teachers the recommendation forms, I was not completely sure about applying under ED, so I asked them to return them after they are done...thank you for your advice!</p>
