Sending/Rushing Scores?

<p>Does the "unrushed" sending scores have to take 3-5 weeks? Like do they purposely make it take that long?</p>

<p>How fast do "rushed" scores reach the colleges?</p>

<p>I sent scores from 7 UCs I'm applying to on the 23rd. They have to recieve all of the scores by the END of January. Should I call Collegeboard and tell them to rush the scores instead? Is it possible to?</p>
