A few days ago I ordered my SAT scores to be sent to some places I'm applying to. The first few days it said something like 'your order is being processed' (or something to that effect). Now it says 'processed 11/16/07'. Does that mean the colleges have gotten the scores now, or simply that they're sent? How long should it take before they arrive?

Oh, and the FAQ says:
"If you request that score reports be sent after you have received your scores, scores will be sent approximately 3-to-5 weeks after you submit your request."
So, if they are already processed, does that mean that they've already been sent? Or that the college board knows that they need to send them?

Apparently it is all done electronically these days, so i would say it takes no time from the time it was sent to the time it is received.

I think CB is being pretty lowkey about this. You know how many schools are saying "do not ask for a rushed copy of the SAT". which costs quite a lot more. Well, that is because the rushed copy is mailed, but the regular service is electronically sent, so the rushed copy actually takes longer.

Now, we can discuss the sleaze factor is all this - why is CB asking 9.50 to send something electronically? why are they still asking even more for the rush servcie?

After it says "processed," I'm assuming that means just that, its "processed" through the computer, in line to be sent. It probably shouldn't take too long for it to arrive at the school, unless there's traffic. It shouldn't be more than a week or two. Good luck!

Thanks for the replies! :)
