Alright guys I kind of got my self into a pickle here, I took my SAT's on October 1st 2011 and didn't score as high as I hoped to on it. So I'm retaking it again on November 5 because I really do not want to send those scores in to them. I will receive my scores back on November 22, the only problem is the deadline for my ED is November 15. Do you think I will be able to receive my scores earlier some possible way from CB or do you think that they will let me send in my scores a few days after I apply? PLEASE RESPOND!!!!!!!!!

I tried sending scores in a week late at one last minute back-up school and they refused to even look at my application. The only way they’ll still look at you is if you’re absolutely phenomenal or if the school has a lot of open seats left/ is noncompetitive.

I think you might be able to send the score to colleges before you see them, but he penalty would be that you have no idea if the score was good or not…i highly suggest you contact collegeboard and ask them about this

You should at least send the others to have a foothold… then they will reconsider your november scores.

Which college?

Wesleyan University

Weslayan accepts Nov test scores for ED but wants you to designate it as a college to receive scores (one of your free sends) on your application for the Nov test to assure it arrives in time to be considered. That is the fastest way to send scores (it actually gets sent before it is even released to you on-line) but does require you to send it without knowing the score.

Also, Weslayan superscores and thus it is to your advantage to also send Oct score in the event it has any higher section scores than the Nov test.

thanks helped a lot
