I am applying Early Action to 7 of my 10 schools. I sent in my SAT scores the first and second week of October. On all of the accounts for my various schools, it says none of them have received my scores. I did take the October 1st SAT, so I will also send in those scores on the 27th once I receive them. So 2 questions:
First, is there something wrong with my College Board Account/my scores? For some of the schools it has been three weeks, and they still say they are missing. I am very worried they will not make it to my colleges by Nov. 1st deadline!
Second, since I am sending in another set of scores to my colleges, should I have them rush ordered so that I can ensure colleges will receive them on the deadline or soon after? I talked to all my schools and they will accept the October SAT score. Is it worth the money to rush them?
Thank you! I know other students are also stressing about sending in scores!
Mine have been "awaiting fulfillment for 2 weeks and I’m getting frustrated. Especially because once sent can take another week for the college to process.
same , I requested mine over two weeks ago and colleges still haven’t got them! there is a major problem with college board. Some kids I know requested rush reporting and it has been almost two weeks for them too. So don’t waste your money with rush if you have alreda sent them.
If the Nov 1 deadline passes, make sure to alert your colleges that you did send them (and if you have confirm emails as proof, even better) but that they’ve been held up for some reason.
Same issue here. This happens every year with CB. It amazes how such a successful organization can’t manage to electronically submit SAT scores within days. From the rate at which they send scores, you’d think they’re sending them through snail mail…
