Sending SAT scores

Cornell accepts documents electronically. Does this mean that Cornell will immediately receive my score reports from Collegeboard once I send it? Or will it receive them quicker if I select "rush" send? Does rush send imply that it's through mail, which is slower than electronically sending? The deadline for Cornell ED is tomorrow, but does Cornell accepts official score reports after the deadline? Does Cornell have to receive it by Nov. 1st or do I have to postmark send by Nov. 1st?

HALP

HALP Plz SHOULD I OR SHOULD I NOT SEND VIA RUSH SENDING?! IS THERE A DEADLINE FOR SENDING SAT SCORES?!

If you’re that nervous about it, you might as well rush the scores. Even though rushed scores and regular are both sent electronically, for some reason they take a while to get processed. They should accept the SAT score as long as they haven’t finished looking over your app before the score comes in.

So which is quicker? Regular or rushed send?
