Sending scores, late LOR...URGENT questions

I just saw that on Stern’s page it says, “If submitting SAT Subject Test, AP, or IB scores, please include one literature or humanities score, one math score, and a score from one test in any subject of your choosing.”

Does this mean I have to send one humanities, one math, and one other test for both SAT Subject tests and AP tests if I’ve taken from both? For APs I’m definitely covered but I didn’t send a humanities subject test and it’s really late to do so now…

Also, I added a third letter of recommendation from a teacher I know well from club activities, but Common App on their end says that there’s only a maximum of two recommendations from teachers allowed, while mine says that I added them as “Other” recommender which is optional but allowed. Should I ask the teacher to mail or email the letter directly, or wait to get back to school to get this fixed with guidance and send the recommendation in slightly late? Would NYU allow sending it in a day late? Anyone else have this issue? Thanks in advance.

From how I read it ( I checked the link) it’s just one score in each category

  1. Lit or humanities
  2. Math
  3. Not math or English. Would mean a science, foreign language etc

Did you send a Lit subject test? If so, you don’t need humanities.

Not sure about the LOR
