Hi. I am freaking out because I have a UW GPA of 3.9 (out of 4.0). However for some reason this 1st semester in senior year is super hard, and I may end up with around a 3.6. That would be 3 B+'s, and 3 A's. Or a few A's, A-'s, and a B. How much will this affect my RD decision round, seeing that a 3.9 to a 3.6 seems like quite a drop!?!?

How do you expect for us to answer this question? Of course it will hurt your chances, especially at very selective colleges since this is the most recent update for the adcoms of the “package” they’ll evaluating. “Tons,” “a lot,” “a little,” or “a bit”? Nobody can say and we can’t throw out some relevant statistic, but it will definitely not help you.
