I have a few questions concerning admissions…

I am somewhat hoping that my senior grades will be the tipping point for acceptance for UC’s; will they consider my senior grades at all? The reason I am relying on my senior grades is because I am hoping to demonstrate dramatic improvement. my average gpa is 2.5:

sophomore year: .8 / 1.6
junior year: 2.8 / 3.3

How would I go about sending my senior grades? Am I allowed to send them like monthly progress reports?

Because my latest GPA was 3.3, I still have some hope for UC’s. My SAT’s are hovering around 1900 and my subject tests are 730/600.

I’m hoping to get a 3.5+ in my senior year…

A 0.8????? Holy crap man...I think you can forget about the UCs (except maybe Merced). And they don't look at senior grades.

Really? I still hold some hope for Riverside, Santa Cruz, Irvine, and Davis with some bomb ass essays and I have great extracurriculars...

Okay, you MAY have a chance at Riverside but def. not Irvine, SC, or Davis.

I was about to be irritated but I guess thats just the honest reality. But still, I'm probably still going to apply anyway...

Anyone else? Can anyone answer my question about my senior grades?

They possible could depending on your situation. Do you pass the preliminary admission requirements?

Yes, by the time I graduate all the UC class requirements will be fulfilled.
