Senior prep?

Hey so I’m a rising female senior and I have most of my schedule figured out. I’m taking three APs which include AP research, AP Gov- which is a combo of comparative and american, and AP English ( possibly going to take online BC Calc if I can find an online school that accepts part time students as well as AP Physics and AP Chem online and if not possibly self study BC Calc and one of the two mentioned sciences) and as for the afternoon I’ll be at a votech training to be a medical assistant and during the spring I’ll be taking some concurrent classes with my local university

As for ECs I’m in Band already and I’m going to join the Garden Club, DECA, (hopefully) NHS, Key Club, GSA, Science Olympiad, GEMS, HOSA, Feminist Club, Amnesty International, Model UN, and Latin club ( most of these clubs require minimal time commitment so that is why I have so many on here)

I’m hoping to join 4-H, rowing and robotics as well except since I have no experience in coding and rowing I’m not too sure if that will work, you see, I have always thought robotics was cool but at a young age the basic robotic clubs were exclusive to those in the gifted and talented program which consisted purely of kids who were placed in advanced mathematics and as a highschooler, it seems intimidating and since I’ve never coded I’m not too sure how " good" I would be at it. If I join 4-H I could join a team through them or join an independent team or the school team ( except I dislike the people at my school who are on there so I wouldn’t join the school team) so I’d have to convince my parents to pay for not only rowing but robotics since I’m not allowed to have any sort of job.

My guess is that 3 new activities Senior yrpear will look like an attempt to beef up your resume.

Yeah I figured so but I honestly don’t care to be blunt. Yes I want to get into college but I feel like the more difficult thing will be actually starting on them which is what my dilemma is. I can even give you my reasons for joining each activity that don’t really have anything to do with scholarships/hooks ( I didn’t know what 4H even was until the beginning of the summer and the type of projects you can do such as archery or various STEM projects that aren’t typically accessible in say, public school and as for robotics, I’m interested in biomedical engineering and since I have had no experience with engineering robotics is a great way to get a scope on it, plus it seems fun, and as for rowing, I’ve literally never done a sport like ever, and it’s seriously taking a toll on my health and therefore it is beneficial and necessary for me to join a sport)
