Well first of all, I am an upcoming senior at a High School in Southern California that is ranked #28 in the nation for public high schools by Newsweek. The school is super-competitive. I was wondering if that would matter at all to the admission officers for colleges. Also, here is a little more about me...

For my senior year, I am taking a lot of challenging classes (one of them being ap spanish 4) and i was wondering if it would make a big difference if i took ap spanish 4 or not. The class is extremely hard at our school and most of the students barely pull off B's.

Also, do I stand any chance of getting into a school such as USC?
Thanks a lot to anyone that replies!
