Senior schedule help?

This is going to be a super long post, sorry. So far I have all A’s, so I can handle a somewhat rigorous course load, but I don’t want to have an insane schedule (which is why I’m not doing the IB diploma). Here’s my current schedule (junior year):

AP/IB Lang (not sure which test)
AP/IB US (testing AP)
AP Calc BC/IB HL math (testing AP)
Honors physics
Spanish III
XC/Track

This summer:
Online Python programming course (counts as a math for A-G reqs)
Another class for fine arts credit (not sure if I want to take it over summer or during senior year)

Options for next year, with my preferred choices bolded:

English: ** IB lit, AP lit**, world lit/advanced composition, expository reading and writing

Social Science: ** AP Econ**, AP gov, American gov/Econ, IB 20th century world problems/Latin American history/economics

Math: ** Number theory (online)**, AP stats, regular stats, personal finance, online probability and combinatorics, online Python programming

Lab science: ** IB Physics HL**, anatomy and physiology (honors or regular), AP bio, IB SL bio, IB HL bio, marine ecology, IB SL chem, AP chem, APES

Spanish: Spanish IV, IB Spanish SL, AP Spanish IV (I’d rather not take Spanish honestly but I feel like I should, not sure which one I want to take. I need a teacher recommendation for IB or AP but I can probably get one. ** If somebody can weigh in on the difference between Spanish IV and IB Spanish SL, I’d appreciate it) **

Electives for fine arts credit: ** ceramics, digital photography, multimedia design**, AP art history, drawing/painting, band, choir, music appreciation, dance, drama. If I take a fine arts class over summer then I’m probably not going to take one senior year.

General electives: ** Engineering (weighted for HS but maybe not for college), AP comp sci, cyber security, robotics, ** AP psych, psychology/sociology, TOK, culinary arts, earth science, or any of the above courses.

I only have space left in my schedule for 5 non-online classes, which basically means one elective, so I have to choose D:
