senior schedule help!!

Okay so I didn't take many AP's my Junior year (just English Lang - 4 on test and Dual Enrollment History), so I decided to load up my senior year. I'm in a dilemma with math...I got an A in Pre-calc but I really don't want to take calc AB because my schedule is already hard enough so I opted to take Stats AP...and I don't like math haha. How bad would this look? I also have a study hall 2nd block and I'm not sure whether I should keep my study hall so I can handle all my classes or take Bio II Dual Enrollment. Anyway here is my schedule:

US GOVT AP*
CHEM II AP*
ENGLISH 12 AP*
STATS AP*

JOURNALISM III
STUDY HALL
SPANISH V AP*
CHEM II AP LAB*

I will have a part-time job during the year and I'm active with clubs...so what should I do? Has anyone juggled everything before? I'm applying to top in-state schools if that helps...

I am guessing that's 1st semester and 2nd semester?

If you can handle 4 APs first semester, you can probably handle 3 second semester. I dont know about your school, but at mine, journalism is almost study hall in itself.

sorry I didn't really verify but I take those classes both semesters. At my school we take 8 classes at once and switch every other day. So four on A days and another four on B days. Journalism is a study all but I'll be an editor :-/ so more work.

Don't drive yourself nuts. Colleges will also notice if you're taking classes only because they might "look good." Challenge yourself in the areas in which you thrive, and don't take AP Prob/Stat if you didn't take Honors Precalc unless there was a scheduling glitch. I don't think it'll be worth the AP distinction to have that much more work, and while that is the easiest of the AP math classes, you have enough other APs to worry about.

I took Honors Pre Calc last year and got an A. I'm just wondering if Calculus AB AP is worth taking...I'm not sure I can handle it with all of my other AP classes.

I personally don't think it is worth it, especially if you don't like math. Instead of overwhelming yourself with so many AP classes, its better to concentrate on the one's you are interested in. You don't want to struggle with math, you don't have time for that, because you'll have other hard classes (that you like better) to work hard in.
