Senior took SAT test in November and Presidential Scholar deadline is Oct 31

My son, a senior in HS took his SAT test on 11/6 and would like that score to be considered for Presidential Scholars program, run by the Dept of Education. The website (Frequently Asked Questions -- U.S. Presidential Scholars Program) says Oct 31st is the deadline for SAT, did anyone have luck sending in the SAT scores for test taken after 10/31?
