Senior Year - AP Statistics vs Anatomy (aspiring pre-med)

TL;DR - See title ^

So I have nothing in stone yet, but my schedule situation for the approaching year will likely call for me to drop a couple of classes, one of which will be of the above two (AP Stat/Anatomy) in an ideal world.

Concerning Statistics:
For me, Stat would be a laughable pushover of a class, my grade would be no concern and study time would be minimal. My math credentials are more than adequate for graduation (the class that would harm my schedule is actually a college-level Calculus II and III course taken via distance learning technology at Georgia Tech).

Concerning Anatomy:
I've looked around these forums to get some idea about what pre-med/med students think about high school anatomy and although the opinions are mixed, some seemingly experienced posters appear to agree that it doesn't have a significant effect on performance even as an undergraduate. The anatomy program at my school is nothing to get excited about, but it would at the very least give me a basic familiarity with human physiology.

So what do you think?

Alright, just got an email from my counselor and I won’t even have to make this choice, so nevermind.
