Senior Year Classes: AP Stat or AP Econ (Micro/Macro)

Im currently a junior and planning out my senior year schedule and I need to take two APs since I took two this year (Human Geo and Gov.) Im not looking to apply to the super competitive schools that a lot of people are on this site, my list is pretty basic. UNC- Wilmington, Alabama, Ole Miss, and Auburn.

So my question is, which is an easier class? Im already taking AP Lit. I suck at math, its by far my weakest subject. I took Advanced Functions and Modeling this year, so next year I could take AP Stats or Honors PreCalc. If I take AP Stat I dont want to take Econ, just because I would be way too stressed out. I really like the teachers for both classes and have had all of them before. What do you think I should do?

AP Stat and an Elective
—OR—
Honors PreCalc and AP Econ

Thanks,

You should definitely take Honors Precalc
The difficulty of these classes depends on how your school teaches them.
If AP Micro/Macro is taught as one class in one class period then that would be probably be more difficult then just AP Stat.
You should ask seniors in your school about how difficult the two classes are because random people on the internet don’t know hows rigorous classes at your school are and can’t tell you how well you can handle rigorous classes.

Well, for unrelated reasons, I think you should graduate with at least preCalc, and base your decision accordingly.

I agree with the above posts. If you want the easy way out id take stats, but I’d also take pre calc (if you don’t want to take honors, don’t) . It’s gonna be hard to take calc in college without pre calc, and it’s best to get it done in hs.
