Hello! So, senior year course decisions are due pretty soon for my school, and I've been trouble deciding what to take. I wonder if anyone could help me evaluate the class options there are?

Oh, and I plan to go into chemistry/physical chemistry/chemical engineering, hopefully.

For sure:
AP English Language
AP Computer Science
Multivariable Calculus at local college
2nd semester PE

Deciding on:
AP Statistics
AP US Government
AP Econ
Algorithmic Geometry
Econ/Gov (each semester long)
(Must take some form of both Econ and Gov, in any combination (e.g. AP Gov year round + 1st semester Econ, both APs, etc.)

So, the problem lies here: my parents definitely don't want me to take more than 6 classes first semester senior year, at all, and AP US Gov and AP Econ are both a year long, unfortunately (at a lot of other local schools, they're each a semester long).

Oh, and Algorithmic Geometry is a Java-programming based course that deals with vector math and engineering - it's actually our school's "unique" specialty class.

Does anyone have any comments as to what I should take? I'm wondering how worth it Algo Geom will be, since it's a pretty unique course.
