Hey guys,
So I received a talent supplemental questionnaire from UC Berkeley in January, and it requested my first semester senior grades. I lightweight had senioritis because I didn’t apply to any privates and I was under the impression that no UC would request my first semester grades, until I received my supplement from Berkeley (and UCD).
My grades aren’t bad at all, but I just don’t think they’re very outstanding in comparison to those who have already gotten into/are attending Berkeley. I got a 4.0 out of a 4.3 first sem, but I sent in my official first semester grades and it shows that I had 8 absences. And that a B+ in my AP Gov class was bumped up to an A, resulting in my 4.0. Will any of that or my GPA first semester in general negatively affect my chances of getting into Berkeley? I might be overreacting haha… As far as my questionnaire answers go, I think they were pretty solid.
