Okay, I'm possibly applying to some top schools (Yale, Princeton, Harvard, MIT, etc), but I kind of slacked a little this semester, and I'm just assuming a possibility of these grades:
AP Bio B or B+ (possibility for an A, who knows.)
Chem II A-
Physics II A
Calculus A
English A
World History A
Spanish III A

My past grades are 4.0 freshman and sophomore, and one A- in Chemistry II as a junior.

However, as a senior, if I were to 4.0 my whole first semester. Could that make up for a B/B+ in AP bio, etc.
Senior Fall Dual enrollment courses:
Calculus II
General Chemistry I
Calculus-based Physics I
Psychology
English IV
Art
..Maybe AP Comp Science online ?

Essentially, would a 4.0 in these harder classes make up for it somewhat and increase my chances?
