I have been admitted to Penn state engineering for next year and I was wondering how much senior year grades matter
I applied with a 3.97 gpa and this year I am taking 4 AP’s and two academic classes.
I have B+ or B in all AP and an A in both academic. This puts my semester gpa at around 4.1-4.2 depending on how they turn out. Will this be a problem to PSU admissions?
Most definitely not. Do not worry, if you have already been admitted to Penn State, it is extremely unlikely your decision will change at all. Especially since your GPA has increased!! The only way I see your acceptance being rescinded would be if your GPA dropped around a full POINT (meaning from a 3.97 to a 2.97), as that might be worrisome to colleges without a good explanation. You will be fine.
