Senior year grades?

Colleges see them. Yes I know that. But will they have an effect on my rank/gpa

Of course they will. You could drop down in rank. And most colleges reserve the right to take back your acceptance for severely declining academic record during your Senior Year.

You really have to mess up for any college to rescind your admission. (Getting tons of C's and D's)

My county calculates rankings based only on the first six semesters (three years) of high school, but other districts may do it differently.

Ya. That's why I mentioned severely declining. I bet colleges would understand if you had a good reason. Like. . . foreclosure, death of parents, etc. Those would be hard to work through AND maintain good grades.

I wish our class rankings were only the first three years. Ours keep going to the end. But that might be good for me. Maybe more kids will start getting A-'s. :D
