Senior year schedule

Okay, everyone. I need some help with my schedule for next year. For some background information, let me make this clear that I am not even considering ivy league schools. I am an average student compared to what I've read on here, but above average for my school. I have an upside because I am talented in art, music, and sports. I am ultimately looking for an athletic scholarship in soccer. I have been in the all-area orchestra for two years and have received some art awards in my area, as well. My list for soccer awards is very long; I have been all-county, all-divison, all-area, all-state, all-star and others.

Okay, but now for my schedule dilemma...I want to go to a good college to major either in nursing, pre-med, or art therapy, but I don't know which science is best for me. My school only offers 4 AP sciences and I plan to take AP Biology. However, I have not yet taken physics. Is that a problem? I think I will double in science maybe and take physics.

I took anatomy this year and have already taken honors biology and chem. So what will look better for me? AP bio, AP physics, AP chem, or AP environmental? Also, if it matters, I have taken honors geometry, algebra 2, and precalc. I think I will take AP statistics next year. Unless calculus looks better?
