Senior Year Science Course Decision

Hi, I’m a current Junior trying to decide what science to take senior year. I have already taken Honors Biology, AP Computer Science, AP Chemistry, AP Biology, and AP Physics 1. I plan on applying to college with either a Chemical/Biomolecular Engineering or Biomedical Engineering major. I also plan on having contact with a Pre-Health Advisor during my college years to make sure I take the classes necessary to apply to medical school. My current schedule for next year is AP Literature, AP Macroeconomics (semester), AP Japanese, Georgia Tech Multivariable Calculus, Self-Direct Study of Korean (semester), and an internship in brain imaging and either medical research or a pharmaceutical company. I am debating whether I should take AP Physics C or Anatomy Honors. Although Anatomy is only an Honors class it’s quite rigorous. I am currently taking AP Physics 1, and I honestly really dislike it. I feel that I would be stressing myself out next year by taking AP Physics C as it is one of the toughest classes, and I hate physics. At the same time, would not taking AP Physics C be a red flag for very competitive colleges as I am interested in majoring in engineering? I don’t care about credits, but I am wondering if not taking AP Physics C will hurt my chances of getting into college. I would really appreciate some insight! Thanks.
