I feel unmotivated to do my work. I think it's going to be hard not to slack if I get into my top choice college.

Hallelujah Jesus. Imagine what it's like for those of us who got accepted ED/EA.

Actually, I'm not doing that badly, but I can imagine some dream school ED/EAers have magically transformed from "nothing but an A+ will do" students to "Hey, awesome, I pulled a B!" students over the last quarter.

lol, I'm definitely senioritis-ing it up.

although I've actually been working more efficiently as a result - I actually get homework during study halls and do work right after school so I won't have to deal with it later. weird...

On the flip side of the EA experience, consider those who were deferred. It's a been a rough past few months, but my grades have never been better.

I pulled straight A's through the semester, and now ive got a solid C in AP Bio and B- in Calc BC haha.
Senioritis has definitely hit.

Man, I don't care anymore.

Senioritis has hit me so bad!

It could be worse. I feel like I'm coming down with seniorcitizenitis

What I'm really enjoying is that my teachers seem to understand that we have senioritis...I've been doing less work, but it's almost always because they don't ask me to do as much.

due to a sudden infection of senioritis, this message was not completed by the poster.

^ LOL.
I have it so badly! I used to freak when the online gradebook had anything lower than an A in it and now I have C's and it's just like "oh..it'll go up, whateverrr."

i dont o.o .... hahah....

S says the day first semester was over it was as if the TEACHERS got senioritis! I am thinking they could have had the kids until at least Spring Break! Just remember, you don't want all your study skills to atrophy so that freshman year in college will be like a bucket of cold water in your face!

got in EA and ED. senioritis hitting me pretty badly. i got 2 A's on my midterms. i like alphabets?

I sorta had to put off senioritis for a few weeks after the semester ended because I had a major paper, but after turning it in yesterday...I am so done. I got a B- on an AP Bio take-home test...uh...yeah. All the sophomores and juniors got like A+s.

Yep. I'm valedictorian of my class but have a C+ right now in AP Lit and a B in AP Chem. Not that bad. At the very least I should be able to pull the lit grade up to a B, and I'd end up with 2-3 B's for the semester.

I don't even care anymore. Grades are so dumb anyway. I can't believe some people obsess over them the way they do. But I do have to admit, I would like to stay valedictorian, but if I don't meh. I got in ED and nothing can change that now.

Yeah I have senioritis really badly. Its not like I dont do the work, i just dont care anymore.

Ahh, you guys are so lucky. I wish I could have senioritis. But, I'm doing dual enrollment so these college grades are gonna stay with me...so it's not like I can fail or whatever. Besides, gotta keep up a 3.7 for pharmacy school.

Ha, senioritis is really bad in my mostly-senior AP classes. In AP Bio and Stats, (both are mainly senior classes), there's about 3-4 seniors who pay attention and the rest are the couple of juniors in each class who actually want to pass the exams. The rest of the seniors just sleep all the time.

Senioritis really hit me. I am scared of myself now. This semester so far, I have:
-done none extra credit projects in none of my classes
-sleep in class 90% of the time
-stop reading chapters for all the heavy reading classes
-didn't study for any tests/quizzes
-hoping to get 85+ in all classes

Compare to last semester where I:
-did every single little extra credit things
-read all required and recommended readings, and took notes
-study for every single little tests and quizzes
-can't stand anything lower than 95

And 2nd semester has only been like what? 3 weeks for me. Senioritis is probably going to get even worse later on.
