Ever since senior year started, I have lost all motivation to do work. I have to push myself to do work even in the subjects I love. Is anyone else feeling this way?

Oh, definitely.

One thing that I can appreciate is that I know all my teachers and what they expect, so I can manage my time a bit better. Also, ll the teachers know what kind of kid, I am so they give me breaks if I’m running a day late on an assignment once in a while or something.

This year, I’ve benefitted from having teachers who require a lot of work, but the classes are engaging.

I dunno, the senior class kinda gets special treatment at my tradition-focused Catholic school. It’s like a polite little send-off before they throw us into the real world.

But yea, I’ve kinda been slacking off. Lol

^it’s sort of the same at my school except my teachers don’t give me extensions. i’m still tired of high school and i can’t wait to move on.

I feel ya. But it would be nice if I could get accepted…I dunno…anywhere! At least then I have something to look forward to.

Oh well, it will make it that much more exciting if and when decisions finally come back, I guess.

I got accepted into two universities already so um yeeeeeeeeeah senioritis will be a pain in the ass to fight…

YES. Doesn’t help my apps are all due at the same time and my teachers seem to think I don’t need time to do them. So lots of homework: check.

^^11/11/11 11:11 ftw (west coast)

YES! I have the worst senioritis ever! Yesterday, my friend and I made a bet to see who could go the whole school day without opening their backpacks once…and I won. I don’t think I’ve done homework at home in the past month, lol. It seems to be working out well for me though, I have 3 grades above 100, a 98, and a 94, with AP classes. It’s only gotten worse since I got my first acceptance.

Plus I have ten absences

Oh, senior year, how I love thee.

I’ve already been accepted to all three of the universities I decided to apply to, and it has only made the year seem even slower to me. I don’t even have college apps to keep my mind off of how badly I want to not do schoolwork. Hahaha.
