<p>I just found out about these programs that help URMs find internships. Only problem is I'm graduating this semester. Are there any that work with recent graduates? SEO says you can apply as long as you have one semester of school left, so I could postpone graduation... but then it will have taken me 5.5 years for a 4 year degree, lol. Anyone know of any that help with job placement and not just internship placement?</p>
