I said no commas because I felt like the type of lace was necessary. but oh well. idk.

so the f(f(x)) and f(x^-5) or whatever the answer was E right?

But the way it was said made it seem like he was the most important director not necessarily that there was only one. (not sure why I’m arguing this because did end up putting that there was only one director)

I just looked up artistic director on wikipedia and it says:

“An artistic director is the executive of an arts organization, particularly in a theatre company, that handles the organization’s artistic direction. He or she is generally a producer and director, but not in the sense of a mogul, since the organization is generally a non-profit organization. The artistic director of a theatre company is the individual with the over-arching artistic control of the theatre’s production choices, directorial choices, and overall artistic vision.”

but then it says:
“The artistic director’s responsibilities can include but are not limited to choosing the material staged in a season, the hiring of creative/production personnel (such as directors), and other theatre management tasks. He or she may also direct productions for the company. Artistic directors work closely with the general manager of the theatre, and contribute the artistic evaluation of projects and productions to be included in promotional, funding, and press materials. An artistic director also functions as a resource for the directors who are working to mount productions at the theatre and can provide support, counsel, and/or artistic input where requested. The artistic director may be called to assume the production should the director become unable to complete his/her duties”

So was he just in charge of the artistic vision and not the actual director of the play?

yeah marinebio! it was like not everyone comes this far in finding stuff about parents! at least i think so… I HOPE SO!

lol i think you’re going to into the question.

it said in italics that there, he was * the * director.

same domain! and he was THE director of the summer plays, meaning he was the only one. THAT WAS LIKE THE EASIEST ? ON THE WHOLE TEST!

@almost there, I think you’re reading waaay too far into it. It’s not like the SAT where they’re trying to trip you up like that. Just take what you’re given and run with it.

The problem is that it was in italics. If it wasn’t it would have been a really easy question.

The fact that it’s in italics makes it even easier. It’s emphasized.

I’m hoping that y’all are right because if so I’m pretty sure I got every question in reading right.

On the English section, lace passage, it said something about, “Lace was used as often by men ___ by women.”

The correct answer was “as”, right?

Yeah it was as

Is it just me or is ACT math a complete joke? I feel like I could EASILY get a 36 math on a good day, but only like a 710 on sat math at best.

^ I put as

when do we get our scores back? can we get them online like in the SAT?

Well, ACT math is math that you’ve been taught, as opposed to logical math that’s meant to trip you up, so it doesn’t surprise me that it’s easier.

There was one question in math that asked something about an ordered pair (x,y). It had “y=f(x)” and “y=g(x)” listed, one on top of the other. Answers were 0, 1, and some other small integers.

What was this question asking?

@anonymous: Yes, but comes like in 3-5 weeks…

What do you guys the curve will be for all of them?

I <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 MATH!!! why cant EVERY section be a math section?!? <3 <3 <3

Was the answer Frisbees fly from one person to another on flying?
