Serious Question regarding foreign language credits

I only have spanish 1 as a foreign language credit that i got back in Middle School. I plan to earn a second foreign language credit (sequential) at a community college. Will that second one count as my 2nd sequential language credit? I live out of state.

Also, just to make sure, what is the policy for foreign language requirements?
