Our school recently received an AP grant, which is upping our APclass total from 5 to 10. This means that I have a lot more choices for classes next year. The AP science course often taken by juniors is AP chem. We are on a 4x4 plan, so in fall most kids have Honors chem, and in the spring it's AP chem. Honors chem is required for all AP chem students. The AP chem program here is very flawed. We have to cover 20 chapters of material for the AP exam. The first four chapters are covered in honors chem. Chapters 5-20 are covered in AP chem. Because of this cramming, only two people have passed the AP exam in three years.
The new AP science course being offered is Environmental Science. I have always had a passion for Environmental Science, and would love to take the class, even though it will be in it's first year. However, most people say that Environmental Science is looked down upon. I don't want it to seem like I skipped out on a harder AP and took the easy AP.
I really don't want to do all the hard work in AP chem and not be adequately prepared for the test. Meanwhile I could take Environmental Science and probably achieve a 4 or a 5.

The other AP science offered is AP Biology. However, I am taking that currently. Which AP science course should I take?

(I'm interesting in taking it along with APUSH and either AP English Lang or AP Stat)
