<p>Thanks. It was tough to get a flat out rejection and not even a deferral but I guess it just wasn’t meant to be?
I have been rereading my application and the rejection letter all day second guessing everything I did. This has made me lose a lot of confidence in the strength of my application. Will Haverford accept me? I’m not so sure.
I’m not going to lie, I still love everything about Swat and it’s hard to imagine loving another college as much … but I guess I’ll have to.
*sigh, sniffle

<p>Swarthmore was clearly not an “in”, nor anything close to a “match.” I would’ve said it was most certainly a reach, and a pretty substantial one at that.</p>
