I'm coming from an extremely challenging and prestigious private high school and we are told that colleges take into account a lower GPA because of the difficulty of classes. The school doesn't rank or calculate GPA so I did it myself. In addition to all of the above, what will hopefully set me apart from other applicants is that I moved to the U.S. in 7th grade from England. I'm a dual citizen and given that I want to study poly sci or international relations I try and play up my transcontinentality.

If anyone could comment on what they thought about my chances at the following schools/programs I would be hugely appreciative, especially Penn's Huntsman Program as I need to write an essay for it fast if I decide it's worth applying for:

Harvard, Princeton, Columbia, Dartmouth, Penn (Huntsman Program?), Stanford, Northwestern, Georgetown School of Foreign Service, Williams, BU, GW, USC, Berkeley, UCLA, and UCSD. I know it's a lot but i've employed the strategy of the more you apply to, the better your chances of getting into one - a college counselors worst nightmare. By the way my essays and recs should all be great. Anyhoo thanks a lot,
