I can think of a lot of teenagers who ought to be charged with sexual battery. I hope the law changes fast before someone reports them!

Oh, and congratulations on Brown, Poseur.

Oh, and congratulations on Brown, Poseur.

JB, i’m pretty sure its common
at least, i know it is around my area

Haha, yeah – he probably doesn’t know because most people are smart enough to keep it quiet. (:

And thanks, lockn!

Wow, well said. I completely agree with you! With that said, if the guy that I trusted WERE to do something ******y and spread the photos, then I would accept responsibility for lack of judgment. However, I wouldn’t take racy photos unless I truly trusted the guy…

i totally agree with pyroza… that is just the world today… people just need to get over it

I hope you meant PROSECUTED…

LOL! Yeaaah. I’ve made that mistake before. ><

Phone sex is much better in my honest opinion.

the ■■■■■ rolled a yahtzee and got his thread on the main page. gosu.

i think that if sexting is such a big deal then we should put everyone who reads playoy on the sex offender list… does that make sense? some people wish they were in playboy so they send it for free… i think sexting is just fine ;)

That doesn’t make sense to me. problem is that playboy models know exactly what they are getting into and that the whole thing is impersonal. Oh, and playboy models tend to be smoking hot. A low tech picture on someone’s phone is awkward, because 1) you know the person 2) the person expects privacy, which is probably not going to happen unless recipient is discreet. And I am not for or against sexting. I think that people should think things through and understand what might happen instead of doing things on an impulse.

no i don’t have a cell phone yet

^ lol uhm

sorry I didn’t read every page but I don’t get it. I thought sexting was just like sending nude pics of your self to someone…why is it illegal? the govt cant stop us from taking pics of ourselves or sending them to people we know…I feel like I’m missing something big here lol. I don’t understand why people are getting prosecuted for sending naked pictures. It’s illegal to send pictures of yourself nude?!

so If I just snapped a nude photo of myself and sent it to my boyfriend, I would get in trouble with the law? haha I can’t imagine why that’s illegal outside of an amish colony unless it comes down to legal issues?

Technically, it’s child pornography.

anyways phones take low-quality videos

webcams are where it’s at

lol a club is def going way overboard. sings Avenue Q…the internet is for porn!
haha…i dont think an awareness club would go over well at all at my school :P

Of course you know them very well know, but there is always a chance that you could go through a very bad break up. Best way to seek revenge? Text your nude pic or video to his friends.

Even if this doesn’t occur, there’s always the danger of hacking or him losing him phone and having it’s contents get into the wrong hands.

no joke, my parents heard of it before me.

I’m like, “lolwut?” I’ve never heard of any nude girls getting their pics sent around. Guess I don’t go to school with schluts.

Well, I always participate in fair trades, if ya catch my drift. So I mean, I’ve always got some “blackmail,” myself, if you wanna view this cynically.
