SFS or College for EA?

<p>So if I am accepted (hopefully), I am planning on double majoring in Government in the College, and either Culture and Politics or IPOL in SFS, and I was curious as to which school I should specifically apply to.</p>

<p>I want to apply EA so what should be my course of action?</p>

<p>(Also, does Georgetown accept first quarter grades for EA?)</p>
