If this is the first semester after the transfer, you might want to lighten up on the load. There are lots of students that take a lot of courses and then do poorly on them and wind up taking longer than usual. Summer is a better time to catch up. Your GPA can suffer from taking too many courses too.

As far as sleep goes - make sure that it’s restful and establish a pattern of rest.

Stay healthy, dont get sick and get full sleep is about the best regimen for surviving a tough courseload. as for food, you can never tell these days, so just eat healthily. anything further than that is mostly superstition and unfounded imho.

Here’s my suggestions: (Pick and choose which ones you like)

Live on campus because someone cooks for you and you don’t have dishes.

Avoid girls, they take time and money, which you’ll have neither of this quarter.

You may discover you can get by with only 4 hours of sleep. Or you may discover that you need more.

Video games will take time, which you won’t have much of this quarter. I’d get out and do some exercise and breathe some fresh air in your scant time off.

Make sure you have some time for a hobby. I did coin collecting my busiest year in college because I didn’t have time to plan out anything on the weekend and found it relaxing to sort through coins on Friday nights.
