what are the fashion trends on campus for all four seasons and what kind of clothes should i pack and what are the good outlets/stores around? also what are top 10 things you wish you knew as a freshman (to prepare and whatnot)?

When it rains, wear galoshes. Other than that, common sense works well. Pack the clothes you wear now.

I don't have ten pieces of advice for you, but here is what I can think of:

Hold off buying many new articles of clothing until you hit up the Sister's Keepers rummage sale, which is usually early in the fall.

Route 9 has everything.

If Route 9 doesn't have it, the internet will.

Your room may be too tiny.

There is a marked difference in the degree of fashion taste by major. (read: science majors don't feel the need to dress up)

You can get anything cheap on Wellesley's for sale conference. Exact change is always appreciated.

If you bought two completes sets of bedding, one labled an xlong twin set, and the other a twin set, the only differently sized items would be the mattress pad and the fitted sheet.

Thunder in the ville has major reductions on winter things in February/March.
