Short question about SATs?

So if I want to retake it in Nov. but I'm applying ED/EA, do I have to send scores from previous tests before 11/1 then this one after I get the score? Can I send the scores after I get this score (so I can utilize score choice)?

The same question applies to October test, since you get the score after 11/1.

I’m pretty sure that not sending any scores at all puts you at a disadvantage.

You’ll get your October score on the 29th via web. If you register to send your score report to the ED college the same time you register for the SAT, the college will get it by that date as well.

So basically I can’t compare all my scores and pick the best one to send (score choice)? Wait, if I get my score on 29th, can I see which is my best one and send at 30th or 31st? I just don’t want to use the free reports with the sat registration because you never know if you bomb it or not.

I checked and it’s that we will get our scores through internet on Oct. 30, so I suppose we can use score choice for ED/EA, even though there’s very little time.

^lol I personally wouldn’t take the risk. But if you choose to do that, make sure you get rush reporting, if the college accepts it.

From collegeboard:

"Scores are delivered to the additional colleges and programs requested approximately four weeks after we process your request. Please remember that an additional week may be needed for the score recipients to process your scores, once they receive them.

…

Rush reporting is available for an additional fee. Rush scores are sent two business days after your request is received. Be sure to check with the institutions before requesting this service: not all colleges can accept rush reporting."
