Okay, so currently I have the following AP classes for my junior year:

AP English Language
AP US History
AP Chemistry

Should I add AP Physics B to my set of AP classes? Or is 4 AP's too much? I just want a suggestion before I go talk to my counselor about my schedule.

Just to let you know, science is my favorite subject. This is part of the reason why I might add another AP science class.

And also, I can't drop AP classes in the middle of the year because of my school's strict AP policy. =(

A little background information about myself, I'm so far a 4.0 student with honors/enriched classes in my freshman and sophomore years, and I like to overachieve. =)

I would take it then, especially if you are interested in science!:)

Just take the class

wooow. see you have the perfect academic application. i’d say go for it.

remember that you’re comparing to your school… so for our school counselors apparently rate all our schedules during applications to see if we took the hardest or whatever compared to our school. so if you take 4 APs and everyone else takes 3 APs, then its gonna be challenging.

Good enough =p

4 AP’s are definitely do-able.

CAREFUL though. Physics (Especially AP B) doesn’t appeal to everyone. Some people will find AP Physics B to be a breeze. For others, it’s absolute hell. Most people (excluding physics naturals) will need to spend A LOT for that class.

i did not “spend alot for that class” it was very easy for me .

but don’t expect it to be easy because if you are anything like most of my class it wont be.

i was a sophomore and i got a 5 on the exam, 6 others passed also, in two classes and my friend who wasn’t very good at physics got a 3
