Should I and where should I study abroad? Foreign language advice, too?

Hello, everyone.

I have the opportunity to study abroad in the next year in college. I am currently a finance major and currently pursuing a minor in Spanish as well. I have the option to study abroad, but I am not sure if I should. I would like to graduate from a four-year private university by taking summer courses and graduating in three to continue into my higher education. So my first question is, would taking and setting aside six months for a study abroad program set me back in my credits from graduating in three years?

My second question is where I should study abroad. Having already taken AP Spanish in high school and having the ability to more-or-less speak fluently in Spanish with another Spanish-speaking person, should I go to Spain? Or should I go for something entirely new and perhaps even take up a third language? I'll list my top options below along with the foreign language I'd like to look into if I studied there.

Granada, Spain (Spanish Concentration [Mostly trying to perfect Spanish as a whole.])
London, England (Italian, Russian, or German Studies)
Paris, France (French Concentration)
Vienna, Austria (German Concentration)

I really, really wanted to go to Italy, but the university I am attending does not have that as an option.

What do you all think? I really have always wanted to study abroad, but I don't know what to do. Any advice from anyone that has already studied abroad and is studying business/finance?

Thanks in advance for advice and suggestions!

All the best.

Because you truly desire to go to Italy I would go to London and study Italian while you were there. Then perhaps if you grasp the language well enough (it’s very close to Spanish), you can go to Italy for an internship.

London is a great place to study for a finance major!

I’m currently a rising senior in high school and my dream is to study abroad in the UK as a full time student. I’ve researched studying Business/Finance in the UK, specifically London, a great deal.
