Should I apply EA to Chapman?

Ok so I currently have a 3.67 W GPA (including a college course ) if you don’t include the college course it’s a 3.56 W and a 1360 SAT Score. I have a 740 for my chem subject test and a 670(retaking on Saturday) for Math 2. I am doing good this semester and orginally thought I would apply RD but then I heard that they accept more people that apply early than regular. I also want to maximize my scholarship potential.
Im applying to CS if the helps.

You are supposed to pick just one school for EA - and you are supposed to be quickly willing to confirm their acceptance. Is there another school you are considering? and will you go if they let you in.

@NCalRent I think you got confused with EA and early decision. Early action is non binding

I see no down side in applying EA to Chapman.

then what’s your concern?

@Gumbymom @NCalRent My concern is that I’m doing really good this semester and it will bring my GPA up.

To maximize your scholarships, applying early is far more helpful. Have you run the Net Price Calculator on Chapman to see if you are eligible for any merit? Merit is not just about your GPA but your test scores.

few colleges look at your Sr grades before deciding to admit/decline. I don’t see any upside to not applying early.
good luck.
