Should I apply early?

<p>I can't decide if I should apply early decision or not to cal poly. If I get accepted, I HAVE to go there.</p>

<p>I feel as if I can't get in regular decision because I only have a 1950 SAT and 4.2 GPA, and they only accept 50-60 students for the program every year.</p>

<p>However, this school is like my 2nd option, not my first :( help?
What do you guys think?</p>

<p>If you aren’t sure, then don’t do it. Early Decision means it’s your first choice - or at least that there are no other schools you would rather attend. Sounds like that’s not your situation.</p>
