Should I apply for EOP?

<p>Uh, I’m not really sure I should apply to EOP because I’m sure there are huge amounts of people worse off than me.</p>

<p>My mom has an income of about 22,000.
My dad doesn’t work and doesn’t get money from the government.
Live in a family of 5.
My family pretty much lives in the house that we do because relatives are constantly helping us out.
I’m a Vietnamese male(Yeah, vietnamese people are usually pretty poor with exceptions)</p>

<p>Should I bother applying to EOP? Also what are the benefits of EOP? Also if anyone has anything else to add please tell me.</p>
