should i apply to huntsman or wharton?

I was born in the US and moved back to Beijing, China when i was 3, went to international school from K-3rd grade, went to a local chinese school from 4th-8th grade (skipped 5th grade), moved back to the US and repeated 8th grade. so a total of 10 years in china, and 7 years in the US.
I speak both Chinese and English fluently with absolutely no accent, and can write essays/papers in both, even tho my chinese skills have deteriorated a little since i returned to the US.

I originally had my mind set on applying to wharton, but do you guys think I should give huntsman a shot? Will applying to huntsman give me a better chance of being admitted to Penn since i technically have 2 shots at admission?

Thanks guys.

Huntsman students major in international studies and business. You didnt really indicate anything about your interest in international studies in your post, so im kinda assuming you want a business major. Language IS a part of the program- but its not all of it. You need to remember that youre majoring in international studies too, and if youre not interested in that- then you really shouldnt apply. However, if its something you find interesting then by all means- apply!

ok thank you so much, i will look into international studies!
