Should I apply to summer or fall 2012 semester at University of Florida?

I am a Florida resident. I have a 4.1 UF GPA, a 1990 SAT and a 29 ACT. I am sports editor of my school newspaper, have 150 hours of community, am in the National Honor Society, English Honor Society, Beta Club and co-founder of the Law Society. I am also a varsity football player. I have taken 5 AP classes and am taking another 5 next year (senior year).

I know my GPA and test scores aren't fantastic, but when I apply should I go for the fall or summer B semester? Are the requirements different for the semesters? Thanks for any answers! :)

I think you will get into UF, because you are well rounded.

UF claims it doesn’t make a difference what semester you apply to.

I appreciate the positive feedback! I’ve heard that since more people apply for fall, summer B is easier to get in to. Any truth to this? I have no problem applying to summer B because I would love to get an early jump on college, especially with how big of a campus that UF is.

Also does economics and government count as 1 academic course or 2 separate academic courses? Thanks!

I was chosen as the president of the law society, will this increase my chances at all?
