Should I be worried???

I recently got my SAT scores back from the May testing and was wondering if the large discrepancies in my numbers will hurt me or not.

Jan. 07
Math-740
CR-740
Writing-660

May 07
Math-770
CR-630
Writing-700

SUPERSCORE- 2210 (1510 in Math and CR)

Those are some big differences in numbers and I am a little worried that the colleges think I might have been a fluke. I am interested in applying to the Ivy League schools and although these scores are not the top end of their pool, the rest of my app. makes up for it.

But what do you think about the large differences in numbers? Is it something to worry about?

No, you shouldn't be worried. No one is going to review each score and compare it to prior ones. When schools say they take the highest score in each subject, they mean it. Many schools have someone in the admissions office transcribe the highest scores onto a form -- that's what the adcoms see. You have permission to find something else to worry about. Isn't it nice to know you're done with the SATs and you ended up with great scores? Congratulations!
