Should I BOTHER sending my college transcript to community college when am applying as a freshmen?

I'm taking dual enrolled classes: college courses while still enrolled in high school. I excel in my college curricular with a 4.0 cumulative as for now. I have applied but the colleges rarely ask or don't ask me to send in my college transcript. Should I send it regardless? Is it like a source of proof that I'm in college. Yes, eventually I will need my transcript to transfer credits but should I send it when applying when I don't know if I'll be admitted?

Yes, you should send in the transcript while applying.

If transcripts are needed on application (as opposed to self-reporting with later verification), typically you will need college transcripts for college courses taken while in high school. Check each school you are applying to for details.
