Hey guys!

So I just received the letter in the mail today about purchasing season tickets. I consider myself to be a pretty big sports fan (If I had a free weekend and their was a game going on, attending this event would be my number one activity choice…).

Should I buy Basketball, Football, and Hockey season tickets? In other words… with the workload of a pre-med student, will there be enough time in the day to attend games? Would you say that a majority of students spend their free time at any available sporting event?

Also…If you do propose that I buy tickets… would you recommend buying two? You know… in case a friend wants to come (A lot of my friends will be/are attending college in the greater Boston area… or I might meet a friend at BC without tickets…or want to bring a date to the game (I know that this is popular at some other schools…is bringing a date/girlfriend something that happens at BC))?

Thanks!

i was wondering the same thing… im sure there will be other opportunities to get tickets

I would recommend getting season football tickets to any legit sports fan. I would advise buying hockey and basketball tickets on a game-by-game basis for two reasons. Some of the basketball games are played at bizarre times (during the school week), and both sports’ tickets amount to about the same price if bought individually when compared to season tickets.

Just buy the football season tickets for now. There isn’t much else to do on game day since so many people go. Wait until it gets closer to the start of the seasons of hockey/basketball and then decide if season tickets will be worth it. They are a good deal if you go to enough games.

Get football tickets as game days are huge. As for hockey/basketball I’d get them on a game by game basis if you want them unless you’re a huge fan. Since I’m a huge hockey nut I also got season hockey tickets, but if you aren’t a huge fan of a sport then get tickets as you want them.
