Because I came here late last year I could only choose to attend a neighborhood school. But within months of researching on the Internet I found out one of the top public high schools in my city accepts incoming tenth and eleventh and twelveth grade students. So I decided to apply.
I, however, missed the in-district deadline in January. So I emailed the counselor of that school and they said I could apply because they will review the out-of-district and late applications in June, with a note that "if enough students are selected in the first deadline, then we will not consider the second". After that I came to my GT coordinator because she keeps much of my paper ( standardized test score etc) and she was willing to apply for me. It took me 2 months, nonetheless, to get her sent that application package because she keeps on "getting tired up with work." I still don't understand why she accepted to do it in the first place but then procrastinated. But she told me she applied all of a sudden and I didnt know whether that new school received it. So I emailed and called them a week later, yet there was no reply whatsoever. So I am frustrated. Should I go on calling her again?
Next week, we will have one speaker from that school participating in my summer program and the program coordinator told me she would arranged me to talk to that speaker after she delivers her speech. Should I talk to that speaker about that? Do I sound like nagging them?

P/s: I tend to ask a lot of question and I already emailed more than 5 emails to several counselors/ coordinator in that school with 3 up questions each in each email and got replied nicely. Then I also asked my counselor and the GT coordinator to call and talk to her about that. I am afraid that if I talk to her more she will get fired up and reject me right away from the piles? What should I do now?

and Im not clear whether they have enough students or not. I don't know whether I should call
