Should I declare a major? (BC)

Currently i am filling out the applications for a couple of schools on the commonapp. I feel that I am undecided candidate because i have multiple interests i would like to explore in college. The most prominent would be economics, sociology and governmental policy. Each of these majors have different career avenues that i want to explore.

If the school I am applying to, take BC for example, wants me to select a college to go into, should i apply to the one i feel i should explore the most, The Carroll School of Management? I heard they are VERY selective, so do i have a better chance of going in undecided and once i declare enter the school, because what if i am turned away from the management school and i end up not wanting to even major in that.

Someone will probably ask:
g.p.a.: 98.57
class rank: 6 out of 400
act: 30 ( i am not a good test taker)
i am in a lot of clubs and organizations like Student council, treasurer of my NHS, VP of animal rights, debate team, in a leadership/community service/drug-free advocate group Youth-to-Youth, volunteer at a local hospital and more
i take all AP and UCONN courses

ANY HELP IS GREAT!
